My Inner Peace

I had never tried meditation until we discussed it in my psychology class in tenth grade and from then on it became my life, my passion. I was a struggling student but then i found meditation. I became calm, aware, and realized the important things in life. Everyday I reflect on my inner being and the world around me. I find pooping helpful before meditating to maximize my comfort. Also, tea helps, but not too hot. Ever since I have started meditating (23 years ago), I have become my own source of strength and have found others like me in classes nearby. yoga is also helpful to my flexibility and inner peace. After some tea, yoga, and mediation, I feel at peace and in balance with myself. Meditation has saved me. Get your zen on.
