Tens of thousands of people come to The Guided Meditation Site every month looking for information about meditation.
We do our best to explain the benefits of meditation to them, but we could never do this as well as YOU can.
In fact, we can't think of a better way to illustrate the benefits of meditation to everyone than by sharing YOUR meditation story with them.
So if you meditate, and if meditation has brought you peace, now YOU have the chance to bring peace to others.
We don't care if you've been meditating for three days or three decades, we want to hear from you. We believe that the simple truth of your own personal story is the most powerful and the most real way to show other people what meditation is all about.
Your story will surely inspire other people to start meditating, and who knows where the benefits of that will end? Your words may heal a broken heart, they might cure a terrible disease, they might restore a relationship or perhaps they will finally bring peace to a troubled soul.

There is no right or wrong way to tell your story. There's no minimum or maximum word limit, and you don't have to write like Shakespeare. Just tell your story in whatever way comes naturally to you.
