These license terms permit you to:

Create a spoken word recording and use the music as a backing track.

Play the music during live consultations with clients. For example, during hypnotherapy, during a meditation/relaxation class, or during a yoga class.

Use the music in the background of a multimedia project or website.

Play the music at a commercial venue. For example, background music in spas, wellness centers, hotels, restaurants.

Following your initial purchase, you will not have to pay any extra performance fees, licence fees or ongoing royalties.

Having purchased a royalty free music track from this website, you are authorized to use the music in the following ways:

1. Product Distribution
If you create a product with the music (for example, a CD or MP3 recording) you may distribute an unlimited number of copies of that product without having to pay any additional royalties or licensing fees. You may not create subsequent, additional products with the same music.A separate license must be purchased for each product that you create.

Please note that any audio product that contains our music must also include the addition of a vocal performance or spoken words. You may not duplicate or distribute the music in its original form, nor can you release the music under a different name.

You may use the music to create subliminal recordings in which your voice is inaudible, provided that the CD/MP3 you produce is clearly labelled as a subliminal recording.

You are not allowed to create derived works of our music without written permission. What this means is you cannot buy our music, then add your own instrumentation to it, and then treat that as your own music. By doing this you are creating new music that is partially built with our music. This is known as "creating derived works" and it is not permitted without prior authorization. Please contact us if you would like to use our music in this way.

2. Personalized Recordings
You may use the music repeatedly to create personalized/custom CD’s on a case by case basis for your clients, provided that you do not use the same music to create a product for commercial distribution.

3. Live performance
You may play the music during live consultations with clients, whether they be individual clients or large classes. You may also play the music at a commercial venue. You will not have to pay any performance royalties of any type, and there are no limits on the size of the audience.

Editing the Music
You are authorized to edit the music if necessary, by looping it, cutting it, or applying fade ins/fade outs etc.

Transporting the Music
You are authorized to burn a CD or transfer the music to a portable storage device for the purposes of transport and live performance.

Please take care: You must not duplicate or pass any royalty free music products to any persons other than those who are to use the music for the sole purpose of working on your projects under these license terms.

Providing a Credit
When you use our music you do need to provide an appropriate credit. Please refer to the following guidelines:

Uses not covered by the licence
The license does not allow you to use our music for TV/Radio/internet broadcast or commercial theatrical productions. Please contact us if you wish to use our music in this way.

Formats
Our royalty free music is supplied as both broadcast quality mp3s (320kbps) and CD quality WAV files at no extra charge. Both formats are high quality and both are compatible with Macintosh and PC.

Mastering Notes
Our royalty free music is mixed and mastered 24 bit, 44.1 kHz. It is then dithered to 16 bit, 44.1 kHz wav files, and converted to 320 kbps MP3 files.

An absolute minimum of compression has been applied to these mixes, and limiting is used only to prevent overloads (not to increase the loudness of the masters).
