About This Guided Meditation

A Guided Journey To Deep Sleep guides you to use breathing and relaxation techniques combined with the soothing sound of beach waves to assist you to drift off into a deep sleep. Each track builds on another to assist you to let go of the worries of your day and drift off into a peaceful sleep.

During A Guided Journey To Deep Sleep, you will be guided to focus on the different parts of your body, then breath light into each area and allow all tension to melt away as you breath out.

You are then guided to visit your favourite beach. You feel the warm sand beneath your feet, you feel the warm sun energizing your skin, you see the clear water and the waves gently rolling onto the sand. You allow yourself to be at one with nature. As the waves come in you take a deep breath in, and as the waves subside you breath out gently.
